The following Abel Design Group associates are now NCIDQ-certified designers: Devon Bieniawski (Austin office), Grace Swart (Houston office), Jenna Hoskin (Denver office), and Mei-Ling Krabbe (Denver office). We would like to congratulate these newly certified designers on their efforts and achievements.
Devon Bieniawski, Associate IIDA, graduated from Texas State University in 2016 with a Bachelors of Science degree in Interior Design and a minor in International Business. Her experience includes hospitality, luxury multi-family, high-end residential homes, and commercial interiors projects across the country. A featured content contributor to digital design publications and the former Commercial InteriorDesign Association (IIDA) Austin City Center Director, Devon is recognized as an emerging leader in the design community.
Grace Swart earned her Bachelor of Interior Design, and Minor in Architecture, at Texas Tech University in 2018. Her design background includes residential, multi-family, restaurant, and hospitality design. She is currently in the midst of the construction administration phase of The Allen, a multi-million dollar project. A key player on The Allen team, Grace has played a role in the design of the common areas, restaurant, spa, hotel guest rooms, and residential condos. She is also a member of several design organizations including IIDA, ASID, and NEWH.
Jenna Hoskin earned her Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from Oregon State University in 2013. Her design responsibilities range from concept to completion – developing budgets, concept and schematic design, construction documents, construction administration, and presentation and production of finish material boards. From her award-winning office spaces in Denver to managing the interior design of a 500,000 square foot senior living facility, Jenna’s passion for collaborative processes has resulted in stunning projects across the country. Jenna is a professional member of IIDA and a LEED Green Associate.
Mei-Ling Krabbe is an interior designer who brings a fresh perspective as one of the younger designers at ADG. While attending University of Nebraska-Lincoln’s College of Architecture, Mei-Ling gained professional design experience in various states throughout the Midwest before settling in Denver, CO. Mei-Ling is known for being detail-oriented on both the macro and micro levels throughout the design process. Mei-Ling is very active in the wider design community. In 2018, Mei-Ling planned an event for Denver Design Week, and she currently sits on IIDA RMC’s board as Denver City Center Co-Director.
