Mallory Gaylor, RID, IIDA, is an award-winning interior designer with over 12 years of experience specializing in high-impact corporate interiors. She is known for crafting bold, expressive spaces that balance innovative materiality with budget-conscious precision. Her work consistently delivers visually arresting moments while meeting the practical needs of modern workplaces and workplace culture.

Mallory excels at guiding projects from concept to completion, managing design vision, client expectations, and execution with clarity and creativity. Her portfolio includes headline projects such as Gulf Capital Bank, Waste Connections, Musket, and a growing list of forward-thinking workplace environments for both established and emerging companies.

Her projects with ADG have earned Houston Business Journal awards and nominations, and she has been nominated for the Houston Design Center’s Leaders in Design. Mallory holds a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from the University of Texas at Austin and is a NCIDQ-certified Registered Interior Designer. Outside the corporate world, she continues to explore her creative passions through painting and advocating for pet adoptions.
