Mercantil Commercebank

The Mercantil Commercebank Town & Country (MCB) regional headquarters in Houston consists of both its corporate headquarters and its flagship retail banking branch. Abel Design Group was selected to create a cohesive design for both areas. The 21,000 square feet of corporate space distributed over two floors, features executive offices, open workspaces, conference rooms, collaboration spaces, and break areas.

The MCB signature color was inventively used throughout the space, including the reception desk and the glass panels separating work stations. In lieu of the standard bank branch interiors, Abel Design Group created a custom design for this flagship branch, highlighting the significant South American art collection owned by the bank.
