The Texas A&M Mays Executive Business School at CityCentre needed to expand its facilities to accommodate the program’s rapid growth. The school needed additional study space, meeting rooms, restroom facilities, and new offices. With enrollment on the rise, the renovation needed to occur immediately, on a very tight budget and deadline. The design theme is graphic and modern, with an emphasis on functionality – maximizing natural light and utilizing open ceilings to create a spacious feel. A new interconnecting staircase provides direct access to the larger classrooms on the second floor. The first floor, typically reserved for retail tenants, is now the public facing view of the business school.
