ADG Austin Team Grows to Meet Demand

Abel Design Group Austin (ADG Austin) is growing to meet market demand. In 2018, the ADG Austin office doubled in size, taking over the space formerly occupied by legal firm Kastner Gravelle. In 2019, ADG Austin added Devon Bieniawski and Chrissy Mutolo to the team.

Devon has a background in luxury multi-family, student housing, senior living developments, high-end residential homes, hospitality and commercial interiors projects. Traveling and photographing design all over the world has fueled her passion for historical architecture and the way well-curated environments foster a universal sense of culture and community.

Devon is also The International Interior Design Association (IIDA) Austin City Center Director. Responsible for the oversight of IIDA Austin’s signature event, Insight, Devon led a day full of industry-focused workshops highlighting topics such as collaboration, habit building, rendering + best practice, and WELL certification. Insight also includes a silent auction to benefit IIDA Austin.

Chrissy adds a powerful fusion of creativity and organization to the ADG Austin team.  Chrissy graduated from Texas State University with a Bachelor of Family and Consumer Science in Interior Design with a minor in Construction. Among her many talents, Chrissy’s drawing abilities won her an opportunity to study Art History and Drawing in Florence, Italy. Chrissy recently helped with the recruitment efforts at the University of Texas at Austin Architecture School Career Fair.
