Principal Ken R. Harry has recently completed the 10 million dollar renovation of the 1415 Louisiana building in downtown Houston.
Excerpt from the Houston Business Journal: “Another downtown tower is joining the ranks of Houston office buildings that have spruced up amid high vacancy.
The building, 1415 Louisiana, formerly known as Wedge International Tower, just completed $10 million in upgrades and renovations, a Colvill Office Properties spokesperson told the Houston Business Journal. The 43-story, 520,000-square-foot building received a new modern lobby with Italian stonework, a new entryway, elevator cabs and a main elevator lobby. The lobby area has a new hanging light display, and the building has updated outdoor signage…“Several tenants stated they feel like they are walking into a brand-new building and look forward to staying in the building long term. We feel the renovation is positively impacting tenant retention and providing motivation for new tenants to lease space,” said Hines’ Bradley Trimble, the building’s property manager, in a release.”
