Enertia Software

Enertia Software, a leading developer of integrated enterprise solutions for the upstream oil and gas industry, selected a boutique storefront space, adjacent to fashion leader BCBGMAXAZRIA, to house their new office and training facility. The space is located in Greenstreet, a mixed-use development in downtown Houston. To maximize their modest budget, Abel Design Group integrated existing concrete floors and exposed beams into the design, as well as utilized the natural light flooding through the store front windows.

Their open concept space includes training facilities, collaboration spaces and meeting rooms. The office exterior needed to blend in to the overall design of the building, and the Abel Design Group design treatment was adopted across other store fronts in the development.
