5177 Richmond is a busy office building located in the heart of the Houston Galleria area. Given the demand for this prime office location, the client wanted to renovate and reinvent the common areas, as well as enhance curb appeal, with minimal disruption to tenants and guests. To meet their goals, we took a phased approach to the project. We began by reconfiguring the parking garage to accommodate additional vehicles and by reorienting the flow of traffic into the parking garage, which made room to create an outdoor plaza. The deli within the building was conveniently relocated to have access to the plaza.
