The integration of premium office amenities was also required, and included glass front offices, allowing light to penetrate throughout the floor. An internal staircase unifies three floors and facilitates employee interaction and movement. The open design of the stair also contributes to the infusion of natural light in the space. Redesigned break rooms and lounge areas, as well as the addition of several smaller, more intimate meeting spaces, create room for collaboration and the opportunity to “get out of the office.”
