Westway II is a building repositioning and lobby renovation project near Houston’s Energy Corridor. The scope of the project includes a new lounge/coworking working area, a food service area, and a Fitness Center facility.
The food service area was designed to accommodate a rotating circuit of “popup” restaurants versus leasing to one tenant.
