Abel Design Group was selected for the lobby renovations of three Class B buildings acquired by CapRidge Partners, Woodway Towers and Memorial Towers I & II (formerly known as the San Voss Buildings).
The new renovations for each building include a shared exterior courtyard that joins the South Voss and San Felipe properties and all interior common areas including the main lobbies, public restrooms, office building elevators, and a new café that opens up to the new exterior courtyard. The café will feature Avenue C coffee and snack offerings as well as Fooda meal services during lunch every day of the week.
